Help is available if you’re struggling to pay your energy bills.

Set Up a Payment Plan

If you have a past-due balance, our payment plans can help prevent service disconnections and are open to most customers.

You may qualify for one or more of these programs if you're struggling to pay your utility bills and meet specific income requirements.

Eliminate portions of your overdue balance by making payments on time each month.

You may be eligible for our discount rate if you also receive assistance from some state or federal programs.

If your gross income is at or below 60 percent of the state median income, you may qualify for utility assistance.

A program for those with temporary financial difficulty who are not eligible for other energy assistance. Apply or donate to help.

If you need assistance paying your utility bill, an agency in your community may be able to help.

Apply for medical protection if anyone in your home is seriously ill or has a life-threatening situation.
