Payment Plans
If you're struggling to pay your monthly energy bills and have a past due balance, a payment plan can help you catch up.
Avoid Electric Disconnection
As long as you make your monthly payments on time, your service will continue uninterrupted for the duration of your plan.
- Payment plans are available for up to 4 months
- Additional help is available for low-income households

Gas Customers
You have two payment plan programs available to you. You'll need to call us at 800-688-6160 to discuss payment options.
Levelized Payment Plan
This program allows you to have a fixed payment that includes the entire past due amount and estimated usage for future bills. To get started on the program, you'll need to make an initial down payment.
Flexible Payment Plan
This program allows you to pay a portion of the overdue balance, plus current charges each month.
